Ms. Ethel Terrell, widow of U.S. Army SGT James Terrell

U.S. Army Sergeant James Terrell served for more than 20 years and retired in 1971.  His specialty as a Vietnam veteran was as a light weapons infantryman. SGT Terrell passed away in 1995 from service-connected conditions.

Ethel Terrell, 76, is widow of U.S. Army Sergeant James Terrell.  Ethel and James were married for 10 years. Ms. Terrell is a member of several community groups, teaches Sunday School and oversees prayer line two nights a week.  She enjoys working in her yard, reading Bible stories, quilting, and helping her neighbors

Ethel’s home needs several repairs such as leveling the home, making the front porch safe with new wood on the ceiling and floor, and making entire home more accessible.

Douglas Elliman, in partnership with Operation FINALLY HOME, are working to improve the quality of life of Ethel Terrell, a widow of a veteran in the Houston area. Your donation to Operation FINALLY HOME will help further our collective efforts of supporting our veterans, first responders and their widows in our own communities.

Operation Finally Home is honored to help Ethel Terrell make her home safe.  Thank you to the many donors and volunteers who have helped make this possible.
